ArtsQuest has opened vendor applications for its 2026 festival season, inviting local artisans, makers, and pre-packaged food vendors to apply for participation in its lineup of events across Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley.

Applications are available online and will close on April 3 for most festivals. Organizers encourage vendors to apply early to secure a spot.

ArtsQuest hosts a wide range of annual events that draw thousands of visitors, celebrating food, music, art, and culture. The 2026 season includes Tacofest, Sangriafest presented by Service Electric Cable TV & Communications, Ginvitational, Blast Furnace Blues presented by Highmark Blue Shield, ¡Sabor! presented by Highmark Blue Shield and Soccerfest, along with major events such as Musikfest, Oktoberfest presented by Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), and Christkindlmarkt presented by Univest Financial, which includes Winter Wonderland presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health.

Organizers say the festivals provide vendors with an opportunity to showcase their products to diverse audiences and connect with the community.

Pre-packaged food vendor applications do not include food trucks or stick stands, which have separate application processes and deadlines.

Applications for Musikfest and general events close April 3. Applications for Oktoberfest and Christkindlmarkt close May 1. Vendors interested in specific festivals are encouraged to review event-specific applications and deadlines through ArtsQuest’s  website.
