Swedish metal giants Amon Amarth and multimedia metal act Dethklok will bring their 2026 North American co-headlining tour, the AmonKlok Conquest, to the Wind Creek Event Center (77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015) on May 14, marking one of the year’s most anticipated heavy metal events.
The spring run pairs the two groups for the first time, delivering a night of theatrical, high-intensity metal with support from rising fantasy-metal act Castle Rat. The tour arrives as Amon Amarth prepares to release a new album in late 2026 and as Dethklok celebrates the 20th anniversary of “Metalocalypse,” which debuted on Adult Swim in 2006.
Amon Amarth, known for their Viking-inspired live shows, recently wrapped a busy year supporting Slayer in the U.K. and touring the U.S. with Pantera. For this run, the band promises an expanded set and an all-new stage production. “This is not a concert. It is a reckoning,” the band said in a statement.
Dethklok’s anniversary lineup features series creator Brendon Small on guitar and vocals, drummer Gene Hoglan, bassist Pete Griffin and guitarist Nili Brosh. Small said the tour is designed to deliver “total sensory immersion,” blending musicianship, animation and humor. “We’re going to entertain you as hard as we possibly can with the power of heavy metal,” he said.
Castle Rat will open each night of the tour. “Our adjacent universes shall align as we bring The Realm of Castle Rat into battle,” The Rat Queen said.
Tickets for the Bethlehem date will be available starting with a Citi presale at 10 a.m. local time on Dec. 9, followed by Amon Amarth and Dethklok presales at noon. Additional presales will run through the week before the general on-sale at 10 a.m. local time on Dec. 12 at LiveNation.com.
The AmonKlok Conquest is expected to be one of the biggest metal tours of 2026, bringing an immersive, theatrical experience to Bethlehem this spring.
