ArtsQuest and Embassy Bank are accepting photo submissions for their annual Our Hometown Heroes First Responders banner display. The program honors local law enforcement officials, firefighters, rescue teams, and emergency medical personnel who serve the community.
Community members can submit photos of family members, neighbors, or friends who work as first responders from July 1 through July 31, 2026. Selected individuals will be featured on banners displayed across the ArtsQuest Campus at SteelStacks during the month of September.
Submissions can be completed online by uploading a high-resolution photo file along with the individual’s name, hometown, job title, and department. Physical photo submissions are also being accepted at all Embassy Bank branches or at the ArtsQuest Center on Founders Way in Bethlehem.
The tribute program originally launched in 2013 and is currently entering its 13th year of operation. Since its inception, the initiative has featured nearly 200 local first responders across more than 20 individual banners.
A new addition to the program this year is the inaugural ArtsQuest First Responder Valor Award, which recognizes extraordinary courage and service. The award will be presented on Friday, September 11, at 7 p.m. on the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks stage prior to the final free concert of the season.
