]A Night of Bourbon, a signature fundraising event blending premium spirits, live music and community support, will return to Downtown Easton on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.
Hosted by the Greater Easton Development Partnership, the event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the historic Pomfret Club, 33 S. Fourth St. Proceeds benefit GEDP’s programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening Easton’s economic development, cultural vitality and overall quality of life.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample 15 hand-selected bourbons, ranging from rare and sought-after bottles to distinctive, hard-to-find selections that highlight the depth and character of America’s native spirit. The evening also includes bourbon-paired cuisine and live music by the Bourbon Ensemble, led by local musician Joe Cirotti.
“A Night of Bourbon captures the spirit of Easton — bringing people together around quality food, drink and music in a historic setting,” said Jared Mast, executive director of the Greater Easton Development Partnership. “It’s an experience that celebrates community the Easton way and helps raise money for the work that we do throughout the year.”
General admission tickets are $150 and include bourbon tastings and food. “Everything but the Bourbon” tickets, priced at $75, are available for those who wish to attend without participating in the tastings. Ticket holders are also eligible for a 20% discount on a Classic King room at the Grand Eastonian Hotel.
