Multi-platinum rock bands Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms will bring their co-headlining summer tour to the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks on Tuesday, Aug. 25, with Spin Doctors opening the show.
The Bethlehem stop is part of a larger national tour that reunites three bands closely associated with 1990s alternative rock radio. The lineup also mirrors last summer’s run, which drew strong crowds and included a joint appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Tickets will be available first to ArtsQuest members beginning Thursday, Jan. 22, followed by a general public on-sale Friday, Jan. 23, through ArtsQuest’s website.
Blues Traveler, known for the Grammy Award-winning hit “Run-Around,” recently marked 30 years since the song’s release. The band has released 14 studio albums and has performed more than 2,000 live shows over nearly four decades. Its recent releases include Traveler’s Blues and Traveler’s Soul, both reinterpretations of classic American blues, R&B and soul material.
Gin Blossoms rose to prominence with the quadruple-platinum album New Miserable Experience, anchored by the enduring hit “Hey Jealousy.” The Tempe, Arizona-based band followed with Congratulations I’m Sorry, which included the Top 10 single “Follow You Down.” The group continues to tour extensively and released its most recent album, Mixed Reality, in recent years.
Spin Doctors will again join the tour as they celebrate the 35th anniversary of Pocket Full of Kryptonite, the multi-platinum album that featured the Grammy-nominated hit “Two Princes.” The band released its first album in more than a decade, Face Full of Cake, in 2023.
The Aug. 25 concert adds another high-profile summer show to the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks schedule, bringing together three veteran acts whose music helped define an era of alternative rock and continues to draw multigenerational audiences.
