Damn The Torpedoes Tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers to perform at Penn’s Peak in September

Damn The Torpedoes — A Tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers

Penn’s Peak will host Damn The Torpedoes — A Tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers — on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at 8 p.m., the venue announced.

Damn The Torpedoes recreates the sound and spirit of the legendary rock band, delivering faithful renditions of Tom Petty classics while adding spontaneous elements that make each performance distinct. Audiences can expect signature guitar riffs, tight harmonies, and familiar hits that defined decades of rock radio.

The tribute band features Rich Kubicz on lead vocals and guitar as Tom Petty, Lee Boice on lead guitar as Mike Campbell, Gary Castelluccio on keyboards, guitar, and harmonica, Johnny Pisano on bass and backing vocals, and Ross Kantor on drums and percussion.

Kubicz formed the tribute act in 2007 after frequent comparisons to Petty’s voice and appearance. Boice has toured throughout the United States and Europe and is also a producer and songwriter. Castelluccio brings multi-instrumental depth, while Pisano has performed internationally alongside artists including Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Joan Jett, and Alice Cooper. Kantor anchors the rhythm section, blending the styles of former Heartbreakers drummers Stan Lynch and Steve Ferrone.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 20, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster outlets and at the Penn’s Peak Box Office and Roadies Restaurant and Bar. Box office and restaurant sales are walk-up only, with no phone orders.

General admission tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show. Click here to purchase tickets.
