Penn’s Peak will host Geoff Tate for Operation: Mindcrime – The Final Chapter on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, with the performance scheduled for 8 p.m.

Tate, best known as the longtime frontman of Queensrÿche, will perform the band’s landmark 1988 concept album Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety as part of the tour’s final run. The album, widely regarded as one of the defining works in progressive metal, earned critical acclaim and commercial success upon its release.

Over a career spanning more than three decades, Tate helped lead Queensrÿche to international recognition, with more than 20 million albums sold worldwide and performances in dozens of countries. The band’s catalog includes gold-certified releases such as The Warning and Rage for Order, as well as the multi-platinum album Empire, which featured the hit single “Silent Lucidity,” a Grammy-nominated track that reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Following the success of Operation: Mindcrime, Tate continued to expand the project with a sequel album released in 2006 and later rebranded his touring efforts under the Operation: Mindcrime name. Since 2025, Tate and his band have been performing the original album live from start to finish as part of a farewell-style tour celebrating its legacy.

Tickets for the Penn’s Peak performance went on sale March 27 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster outlets and in person at the venue’s box office and Roadies Restaurant and Bar. Reserved seating is priced at $37.50 for super premium, $32.50 for premium, and $27.50 for regular seating.

The upcoming show marks a rare opportunity for fans to experience the full Operation: Mindcrime album performed live as Tate brings the long-running project to a close.
