Penn’s Peak announced that rising country star Ian Munsick will bring his The Eagle Flies Free Tour to the venue on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

A native of Wyoming, Munsick has amassed more than 1 billion global streams across two albums, Coyote Cry and White Buffalo, while earning widespread recognition for his modern yet deeply rooted portrayal of the American West. His documentary White Buffalo: Voices of the West has received 19 awards and 14 festival selections.

Munsick continued to build momentum with the release of his 20-track album Eagle Feather on April 18, 2025, expanding on themes of land, culture and storytelling that define his work. The release followed a banner year in which he sold more than 100,000 headlining tickets in 2024 and appeared on major tours alongside Lainey Wilson and Morgan Wallen.

He was also named an “Artist to Watch” by Spotify, CMT, Fender and MusicRow, and was most recently selected as a Martin Showcase Artist. His duet with Cody Johnson, “Long Live Cowgirls,” reached No. 1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway Hot 30 Countdown, was named one of Amazon Music’s Best Country Songs of 2022, and has since been certified Gold by the RIAA, along with “Long Haul” and “Horses Are Faster.”
