Rock vocalist John Waite will bring his four-decade catalog of hits to Penn’s Peak on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8 p.m., the venue announced.

Waite is known for a string of chart-topping songs as a solo artist and as the lead singer of The Babys and Bad English. His No. 1 worldwide hit “Missing You” remains a staple of classic rock radio, alongside The Babys’ “Isn’t It Time” and Bad English’s “When I See You Smile.”

Other notable tracks in Waite’s catalog include “Tears,” “Change,” “These Times Are Hard For Lovers,” “Every Step of the Way,” and “If Anybody Had a Heart.” Several of his songs have appeared on major film soundtracks, including About Last Night and Days of Thunder.

As both a solo performer and band frontman, Waite became a fixture of album-oriented rock radio in the 1970s and ’80s, known for power ballads, arena rock anthems, and touches of new wave-influenced power pop.
