Joyce Manor will bring its 2026 tour to Archer Music Hall (939 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101) on June 9, as the California punk trio continues touring in support of its upcoming album I Used to Go to This Bar, releasing Friday via Epitaph Records.
The newly shared title track offers a reflective take on youth, memory, and emotional stasis, focusing on the kind of unremarkable places that quietly shape a life. Singer Barry Johnson said the song looks back on “the simplicity of your life when you had nothing going on, nothing to lose,” telling an ordinary story through sharply observed details.
Produced by Epitaph founder and Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz, I Used to Go to This Bar arrives amid significant buzz, earning recognition as one of the most anticipated albums of the year from major music publications. The release follows a period of continued momentum for the band, which has maintained its reputation for fast, compact songs that balance melody with urgency.
The Allentown performance is part of an expanded leg of Joyce Manor’s North American tour, which includes select June dates with Hot Mulligan. The tour highlights a band still refining its sound while staying rooted in the punk sensibility that has defined its career.
Joyce Manor is composed of Barry Johnson, Chase Knobbe and Matt Ebert.
