New Jersey rock band Major League will bring its first tour in a decade to Allentown this spring with a May 9 show at Archer Music Hall.
The band recently announced its return to the road after reuniting in 2025 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its debut album, The Truth Is…. Now, the group is taking that celebration across the East Coast, joined by Hit The Lights, who are marking 20 years of This Is A Stickup…Don’t Make It A Murder.
“Our band was lucky enough to be a part of this special scene where community is everything,” the band said in a statement. “We’d be lying if we said we weren’t nervous but the excitement to take this family reunion on the road and reconnect with the very people that made this band possible supersedes any apprehension.”
Formed in 2009, Major League gained prominence in the early 2010s with a blend of emo and pop punk. The band released its debut full-length album, Hard Feelings, in 2012 and toured extensively in the U.S. and abroad before disbanding in 2016. The original lineup reunited last year, including vocalist Nick Trask.
