Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom has reinstalled the trains for Talon, one of the park’s iconic roller coasters, in preparation for its May 8 opening day.

The inverted roller coaster was reassembled and placed back on the tracks following offseason maintenance and inspections. The 2026 season marks the 25th anniversary of the coaster, which was first introduced in 2001.

Manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard, Talon features a suspended track design with ski-lift style seating. The ride reaches speeds of 58 mph, climbs to a height of 135 feet, and includes four inversions.

In addition to the ride’s return, the park is offering a limited-time Pre-K Pass through May 31. The offer provides children ages 3 to 5 with free, unlimited visits for the 2026 season when registered with a valid 2026 Silver, Gold, or Prestige Season Pass or Membership.

To utilize the offer, the Pre-K Pass must be registered online and activated at the park by May 31 with a valid birth certificate or passport. There is a limit of two Pre-K Passes per eligible passholder. Children ages 2 and under continue to receive free admission to the park.

Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom and Six Flags Great Adventure are both participating in the Pre-K Pass program.
