Shayna Super, Programming Director at ArtsQuest, has been named a 2026 Women of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business.
Super, who has been with ArtsQuest since 2014, served as an intern before joining the programming team in 2019 and held the position of Executive Director of Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks from 2023 to 2025. Her leadership in concert promotion has helped expand the region’s cultural offerings while mentoring other women in the industry.
“Shayna’s leadership has played an important role in shaping the live music experience at SteelStacks and throughout the Lehigh Valley,” said Kassie Hilgert, President and CEO of ArtsQuest. “From her time as Executive Director of Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks to her current role leading our music programming, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to artists, audiences and the power of music to bring communities together. We are thrilled to see her honored as a Women of Influence recipient.”
The Women of Influence awards recognize high-achieving women for their career accomplishments, community involvement, and dedication to mentoring. The program features two categories: Circle of Excellence, honoring women of longstanding success, and Women to Watch, recognizing leaders under 35 making an early impact. Honorees must live or work in the Greater Lehigh Valley region and are selected by a panel of previous Circle of Excellence honorees and the Lehigh Valley Business editorial team.
“The 2026 Women of Influence are inspiring leaders who have made significant contributions to the Lehigh Valley and beyond,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Lehigh Valley Business. “They are high-achieving role models who mentor and encourage future generations to pursue their own paths and ambitions.”
The 2026 Women of Influence will be honored at an awards celebration on May 6 at DeSales University Center.
