ArtsQuest Summer Art Camps return programs for K-12 students

ArtsQuest has announced the return of its Summer Art Camps for 2026, offering seven weeks of creative programming for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

The camps will run from June 10 through July 24 at Moravian University’s South Campus. Registration is now open for both youth camps for grades K-5 and Studio Intensives designed for students in grades 6-12.

Younger participants will explore a range of artistic disciplines, including drawing, painting, sculpture, fiber arts, and mixed media, while engaging with themes such as portraits and identity, animals, architecture, landscapes, and fantasy. The program emphasizes both foundational skills and individual creative expression.

For older students, the Studio Intensives offer more focused instruction in specific mediums, including painting, cartooning, crochet, and fiber arts, taught by ArtsQuest teaching artists.

Families can choose between full- and half-day sessions, with early drop-off and extended hours available. Each camp session concludes with a weekly Art Party, where families can view student work.

“We are so thankful for the support and generosity of our partnership with Moravian University, which is hosting the camps for the second consecutive year,” said Elena Ostock, manager of visual arts at ArtsQuest. “These camps allow children to explore and dive into their inner artist, and above all else, have fun.”

ArtsQuest said scholarship assistance is available for families based on financial need, with applications due by May 31. Click here to apply.

The camps are part of a broader expansion of ArtsQuest’s visual arts programming. The organization plans to open the ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL later this year, which will feature dedicated spaces for ceramics, mosaics, jewelry, printmaking, and other disciplines, allowing for expanded year-round offerings.
