Downtown Easton is once again positioning itself as the region’s ultimate Valentine’s destination, inviting shoppers and diners to fall in love with locals this February through the return of “Match Made in Easton.”
Match Made in Easton is the proud recipient of an award from Pennsylvania Downtown Center for innovative retail promotions in 2025.
Now in its third year, the Valentine’s receipt-swap promotion runs Friday, Feb. 6, through Sunday, Feb. 15, pairing downtown businesses as official Easton “couples.” Customers who shop or dine at one participating location can bring their receipt to its partner business to unlock exclusive discounts, freebies, and special experiences.
The initiative was originally inspired by a local shop owner and has grown into a beloved annual tradition—one that reflects Easton’s tight-knit downtown community and collaborative spirit.
“What truly sets Easton apart is that our businesses don’t just coexist — they genuinely support one another,” said Julie Vanosdol. “Match Made in Easton is a celebration of that connection, and it gives visitors a fun, meaningful way to experience the heart of our downtown.”
Throughout the promotion, restaurants, retailers, wellness studios, and entertainment venues have “coupled up” to create one-of-a-kind pairings that encourage exploration across Main Street and beyond. The result is a curated Valentine’s experience that blends food, shopping, self-care, and nightlife — all within a walkable downtown.
Among the standout pairings this year is Presley’s Cocktail Bar and Colonial Pizza & Spaghetti House, a modern cocktail destination matched with a longtime Easton favorite. Guests who bring a receipt from Presley’s to Colonial receive a free appetizer or dessert, while Colonial diners can enjoy a complimentary espresso martini or classic cocktail at Presley’s.
Another pairing tells a story of Easton’s past and future coming together: Nature’s Way Market, a downtown staple for more than 50 years, is partnered with Boxology Boxing Fitness & MMA, one of Easton’s newest businesses. Nature’s Way shoppers can score a free drop-in class at Boxology, while Boxology members receive 15% off their purchase at the market — a symbolic blend of wellness, longevity, and new energy.
Fashion-forward shoppers won’t want to miss 2nd Base Vintage and Snkr Box, where customers can spin a prize wheel for a chance at discounts ranging from 10% to 50% off — or even a $200 store credit.
In total, more than two dozen downtown businesses are participating, offering everything from free donuts and cannolis to wine tastings, cryotherapy sessions, fitness classes, floral discounts, baked goods, and boutique savings.
How It Works:
