Musikfest 2026 mugs feature official anniversary artwork by Doug Boehm

Musikfest 2026 collectors mug

The official mugs for Musikfest 2026 are now available, featuring artwork designed to mark the nation’s 250th anniversary. This year’s design by artist Doug Boehm centers on the theme “Music Unites” to highlight the event’s community focus.

Boehm, who previously designed the 2020 festival poster, returned for the 2026 edition to create the visual identity for the country’s largest free music festival. His graphics wrap the annual collectible mugs, which serve as a long-standing tradition for festivalgoers in Bethlehem.

The 2026 mug has also been selected for the Made in Lehigh Valley Time Capsule. This regional preservation project is organized by the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, the National Museum of Industrial History, and Discover Lehigh Valley. The capsule will be sealed later this year and remain closed until 2076 to coincide with the nation’s tricentennial, preserving a piece of 2026 Lehigh Valley culture.

Festivalgoers use the mugs to access discounted beer refills at official festival tents as well as participating local bars and restaurants. The reusable containers help decrease single-use cup waste across the festival grounds during the multi-day event. Proceeds from all mug sales directly support ArtsQuest, helping fund free public arts, culture, and educational programming throughout the year.

The organization is offering two distinct versions for the 2026 season: a classic mug and a light-up mug.

Mugs are currently available for purchase online. Buyers can also pick them up in person at the ArtsQuest Center Box Office, Palette & Pour, and the Bethlehem Visitor Center presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network.
